Mabel Mary Schuetze was born 7 July 1885 in Mannum. She was the fourth child born to Gottlieb Wilhelm Schuetze and Mary Ann nee Hudson.

She married Ernest Osmond Moule on 26 March 1910 at Parkside, Adelaide, South Australia. They had four children - Gladys May born in 1911, Clifford Ernest (1912), Dorothy Clare (1917) and Raymen Keith born in 1925. Mabel died in 1943 at Parkside, S.A.
